Maria brings 30 years of combined entrepreneurial and financial services experience, giving her the ability to deliver both practical business insight and deep financial expertise to clients. She specializes in the valuation of business entities, ownership interests, intangible assets for litigation support, marital disputes, and financial reporting and tax planning purposes.
Maria has experience in computing and rebutting financial damages in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract matters, minority shareholder disputes, post-acquisition disputes, and intellectual property disputes. Her experience in intellectual property dispute matters include unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and infringement of patents, copyrights and trade dress.
Her other experience includes a variety of forensic investigations involving tracing of funds for marital dissolution of assets, employee misconduct, and allegations of fraud.
