In addition to his forensic accounting work, Samuel contributes to FAZ Forensics’ Prevailing Wage Compliance and CPA Certification practice. He assists in analyzing payroll data and documentation for government-funded and incentive-backed construction projects, helping ensure contractors and subcontractors meet applicable wage, fringe benefit, and recordkeeping requirements. Samuel’s data-driven approach supports clients in maintaining compliance with complex federal, state, and local labor regulations tied to public funding and infrastructure programs.
Before joining FAZ Forensics, Samuel served as a Data Analyst Intern at the NYS Office of Mental Health, honing his skills in data analysis and interpretation. He also gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst Intern/Co-Op at a prominent public manufacturing company, further developing his financial and analytical expertise.
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Skidmore College, where he developed a strong foundation in business principles. Continuing his academic journey, he earned a master’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany (SUNY), specializing in economic forecasting and quantitative modeling.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth and professional excellence, Samuel recently earned his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and his Certified Cryptocurrency Expert (CCE) credential.
