Brad’s distinguished career includes founding Kanter & Associates, PA, CPAs in 2004, where he built a firm known for its expertise in tax preparation, IRS tax controversy services, fraud examinations, strategic planning, advisory coaching and litigation support. In 2020, he further expanded the firm’s reach by launching Kanter Consulting Group and Kanter Financial Forensics within the firm to address a growing demand for specialized forensic accounting services, including fraud investigations, asset misappropriation claims, and financial examinations. Under Brad’s leadership, the firm has gained a reputation for successful advocacy in high-stakes cases, guiding clients through regulatory complexities and providing tailored solutions to their financial challenges.
His qualifications are extensive, with certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Forensics (CFF), and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Brad’s expertise extends to behavioral analysis, which he enhances through his current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Communication with a focus on behavioral and credibility analysis from Manchester Metropolitan University. Before founding his firm and joining FAZ Forensics, Brad worked in the private accounting sector, holding key positions such as Accounting Manager, Controller, and Legal Administrator for multimillion- dollar law firms, as well as Controller and Business Manager for a publicly traded national Professional Employer Organization. This diverse background gave him the operational and financial expertise to navigate the complexities of both small and large business models.
