We were retained to review, analyze and rebut damage calculations made by the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO). The claimed damages related to the unlawful administration of drugs that were non-FDA approved and the “claw back” of reimbursements from Medicare.  Our investigation, financial analysis and damage calculations resulted in over a 50% reduction of the original USAO damage claim.
