We helped the Defendants in the settlement of claims of breach of contract related to the proper handling of the insurance premiums collected related to a contractor’s liability insurance program, which included reinsurance through a captive cell. Additionally, we helped defend claims of Alter Ego, including lack of corporate formality and arm’s length transactions among related companies in an attempt to “pierce the corporate veil”.
