Neil is a Director with FAZ Forensics with over 18 years of experience in litigation consulting and valuation. Neil’s work focuses on intellectual property including the evaluating damages related to the unlawful use of intellectual property and valuation of intellectual property. Further, Neil analyzes lost profits for companies who have suffered a loss of profits due to the actions of another party.
Neil’s experience includes providing consulting and litigation support services, including expert testimony, to clients ranging from small businesses to multi-national companies and law firms. His experience includes assisting clients through provision of damages analysis, valuation analysis, forensic analysis, industry and technical research, and analysis of large, complex data sets. Mr. Eisgruber manages all aspects of intellectual property valuations and damages calculations. In doing so, he creates document discovery requests, identifies key documents and relevant issues, analyzes and models financial and economic data, creates damages and valuation models, drafts expert reports, creates trial demonstratives, and testifies in deposition and trial settings.
Neil is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and serves on the board of directors for the Maryland/DC Chapter. He earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech.
